Her hallmark is her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds with empathy, compassion, and authentic charisma.

    Prosasty served as Managing Director & Chief Data Officer at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), Chief Data Officer for Banking and Markets at HSBC, and held key leadership roles at Citi, Nasdaq, and GE Capital.
